Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made by logging in to the section "My Account" of our site. Upon receiving your cancellation order we will cancel your booking and reverse all charges made to your credit card account in relation to the booking in question minus cancellation fees, if any.

Cancellation fees may vary a lot but the conditions shown below apply in the majority of cases.

Cancellation charges:
48 hours before arrival : No charge
12 – 47 hours before arrival : 1 nights' stay
0 – 12 hours before arrival : Full amount

Arrival time in relation to cancellations is fixed at 12.00 (noon) CET (GMT +1 hour)

As mentioned there are exceptions to the above general rules which may apply to a certain type of accommodation such as apartments or villas, and to certain leisure destinations in high season or cities during special events or fair periods.

If you want to know the exact amount of the cancellation fee before cancelling your booking please send an e-mail to reservation@travelclubturkey.com including the HotelsClubAntalya.Com reference number in your request. We will then inform you about the applicable charges in that precise moment.

Amendments

Amendments must be made by logging in to the section "My Account" of our site. Send us your new request and in very little time we will confirm the changes (if they are possible) and their costs (if any).

All amendments are subject to availability. Should any changes be rejected your original booking will be upheld.

Amendment charges :
Changes of passengers' names or child age : No charge
Up to 72 hours before arrival : 30 EUR
More than 72 hours before arrival : 15 EUR

If your amendment results in a reduction of number of passengers, rooms or length of stay cancellation charges may apply. The full amount of amendment/cancellation charges will be communicated to you before accepting the changes.

No Show/Changes during your stay

If you do not arrive at the accommodation on the date on which you booked to arrive or you leave the accommodation earlier than the date on which you booked to leave no refunds will be given.
